Can I try Querylah without a credit card?
Yes. Start a free trial from any plan that offers one — the length is shown on the plan. You will verify your email and go straight to your workspace — no card and no add-ons required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your base plan at any time from Subscription settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons are optional capacity layered onto your base plan — extra agents, another inbox, more automation rules. Add or remove them before checkout and manage them later in Settings.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe, but the workspace is locked until you choose a paid plan. We remind your admins 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends, and you can upgrade from Subscription settings at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can schedule cancellation from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
